三星集团成立于1938年,是韩国最大的企业集团。它主要涉及电子、金融、重工业、化学、工程、服务等领域，其中电子是集团最大的业务领域。2014年，三星电子在《财富》杂志全球500强排名中位居第13位。而早在1992年三星就开始了中国业务，中国三星电子在北京、天津、上海、广东等地区设立了数十家生产和销售部门，主要生产和销售半导体、移动电话、显示器、笔记本、电视机、电冰箱、空调、数码摄像机以及 IT 产品等。另外，它还设立了三星电子北京研究院、深圳三星通讯技术研究公司、三星电子中国研发中心、上海设计研究所等研究机构，积极探索，追求不断创新。

三星笔试题分成三个部分，数理，逻辑和性格测试。每一部分都是要求在一定时间内做完的。数理25题，25分钟做完，逻辑25题，22分钟做完，性格测试125题，50分钟做完。
