TitaniumoreelectedfrommagnetiteorTitanmagnetiteiswidelyusedastherawmaterialintheproductionoftitaniumdioxide.Titaniumqualityanditsyieldconstraintsisoftenthebottleneckinthetitaniumindustry.Thuswecannotblindlyconsumealargeamountofcapitaltomaintainorimproveitsqualityandyield.Thispapermakesanattempttoexploresandoptimizethedevelopmentofthetitaniumindustrythroughinsideandoutsideobservationandassociation.InthispaperflotationtestsareconductedtocomparetheoriginalpulptitaniumorewithPolyacrylamideandthatwithoutontheconcentrategradeyieldoftitaniumconcentrates.Inthisprocesstheconsumptionofdrugstherecoveryrateofequipmentutilizationtheamountandcostofpolyacrylamide(PAM)areallconsideredtodeterminewhetheritisaptimizationprogramtoaddPolyacrylamidetotheoriginalflotationpulpoftitaniumore.Finallywereachaconclusionthroughrelevantdata.Intheexperimentalprocessinprinciplewedonotchangetheoriginalflotationprocessandtherelevantparameters.
